My approach to therapy

As a therapist Lanayee employs an eclectic approach in her practice that focuses on the individual needs of her clients. Her goal is to create a safe space for clients to explore their inner most thoughts and feelings in a nonjudgmental environment. Her priority is building strong therapeutic relationships to assist clients in finding their voice and regaining their personal power, self respect, self love, and self worth.
