Great to meet you!

Grounded roots, world-class care. Originally from the rural South, I trained at top West Coast institutions—including Stanford and UCSF—to specialize in treating ADHD, anxiety, depression, and PTSD. My practice is tailored for creatives, academics, entrepreneurs, tech innovators, and helping professionals—driven individuals who value a thoughtful, comprehensive approach. I combine evidence-based medication management, brief psychotherapy, and lifestyle optimization to help you move past survival mode and thrive in your work and life. Let's build a practical, holistic plan that works for you.

My approach to therapy

I am pleased to offer modern, evidence-based medication management via telehealth. My clinical style is collaborative, curious, and warm, with a strong focus on direct and transparent care. To ensure our practice is the right fit for your mental health goals, please review the following guidelines prior to booking:

1. I strictly adhere to FDA maximum dosing guidelines for all prescribed medications.

2. To prioritize your long-term health and safety, I do not maintain long-term prescriptions for benzodiazepines or hypnotic sleep aids (though I am glad to partner with you on a safe, gradual taper if your goal is to discontinue them).

3. My practice is optimized for ongoing, longitudinal care for individuals residing permanently in California. I do not offer short-term consultation or temporary treatment for out-of-state visitors.

4. While I integrate brief psychotherapy treatment into our medication management visits, I do not offer weekly psychotherapy on this platform.

5. For your safety, this virtual practice is not equipped to support individuals currently in crisis or those who have recently been hospitalized. For those individuals, comprehensive in-person treatment within your local county will offer the best support.

What you can expect from me

Our work begins with a comprehensive, deep-dive intake appointment. Together, we’ll clarify your present-day symptoms and conduct a thorough review of your medical, psychiatric, and family history. By the end of this session, we will establish a provisional diagnosis and co-create a personalized treatment plan tailored to your life—integrating targeted lifestyle modifications, psychotherapy techniques, and evidence-based medication strategies.
