Great to meet you!

As a School Counselor and Teen Therapist...

I've worked with hundreds of students to improve their mental health while also supporting their academic, personal/social, and college/career development goals.

I provide pre-teens and teens with a comfortable, judgement-free space to explore their life stressors and strong emotions. I teach them the tools needed to cope with set-backs and difficult times in healthy ways.

A bit about my approach to therapy

I focus ALL my energy on helping teens with their specific issues and diving deep into what my client's are going through. I know firsthand how important it is for a student's therapist to work closely with the school and parents to make sure everyone's on the same page. Im able to use my unique school counseling background to offer more personalized support while helping my clients not only achieve their personal and social goals, but also their academic and college/career ones.

What you can expect from our first session

My clients say they like working with me because I’m not the type of therapist who sits silently and just smiles through our sessions. I keep it friendly with no pressure for your teen to show up as anything but themselves.

My goal is to get your teen to a place of acceptance. Acceptance of their strengths, their potential, and their ability to be in control of their thoughts, emotions, and behaviors.

I’ll provide your child with tools and techniques they need to feel healthier and happier.
