Great to meet you!

I come from a long background in Inpatient and Outpatient Mental Healthcare. I am passionate about Process. It is a tremendous privilege to be allowed to work on human issues with othe human beings.

My approach to therapy

I often use a psychodynamic approach, asking about childhood and the experiences that made you who you are today. I include theory and techniques from other methodologies like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Mindfulness, Clinical Hypnosis, EFT Tapping, with a strong focus on what you want to change.
