Great to meet you!

I believe therapy is a collaborative process where you can feel heard, understood, and supported without judgment. My goal is to create a safe and welcoming space where you can explore your experiences, better understand yourself, and develop practical tools to create meaningful change.

I have 5 years of experience that includes working with individuals navigating alcohol and substance use and addiction, trauma, anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, emotional regulation, self-esteem, and PTSD. I take a compassionate, person-centered approach while incorporating evidence-based therapeutic strategies tailored to each client’s unique needs and goals.

I understand that reaching out for therapy can feel difficult, especially when you may not know where to begin. You do not have to have everything figured out before starting. Together, we can identify what is most important to you, build on your strengths, and work toward greater confidence, emotional well-being, and a life that feels more fulfilling.

I strive to meet each person where they are while providing honest support, encouragement, and practical tools for navigating challenges. My hope is that clients leave therapy feeling more empowered, connected to themselves, and confident in their ability to move forward.

My approach to therapy

I use a person-centered and trauma-informed approach, incorporating evidence-based techniques such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), mindfulness-based strategies, motivational interviewing, and strengths-based interventions. Depending on your needs and goals, we may focus on emotional regulation, self-esteem, anxiety, depression, trauma, relationships, life transitions, or substance use and recovery.

I work to create a space where you can be honest and vulnerable without fear of judgment. Therapy is not about telling you what you should do; it is about helping you gain insight, strengthen your confidence, and make choices that align with your values and the life you want to build.

What you can expect from me

Your first session is an opportunity for us to get to know one another and begin understanding what brought you to therapy. I strive to create a welcoming, comfortable, and judgment-free environment where you can feel safe sharing what you are experiencing at your own pace.

We will discuss your current concerns, your history, strengths, and the areas of your life you would like to improve. We will also begin identifying goals for therapy and discuss what you hope to gain from the process. You do not need to have everything figured out or know exactly what you want to work on before your first session—we can discover that together.
