Great to meet you!

I work with adults, adolescents, families and couples online. I have been a licensed therapist for over 15 years. I am trained in a variety of therapy models like dialectical behavioral therapy, abstinence & harm reduction, and psychodynamic therapy.

A bit about my approach to therapy

I believe successful therapy works best when there is a positive empathetic working relationship between the client & therapist. I create a safe space for clients to process their feelings and learn new skills to help them reach their goals.

What you can expect from our first session

After gathering background information and understanding a client's challenges I often encourage clients to set goals they want to get from their therapy work. Having therapy goals help guide future therapy sessions.

Open-minded
