Great to meet you!

I empower self-doubting persons to reclaim & redefine their identity and rewrite the narratives that keep them stuck in cycle of perfectionism, people pleasing, and fear. My mission is to help you confidently articulate & love who you are, foster meaningful relationships, and cultivate your authentic style; by challenging anxiety and limiting beliefs.

My approach to therapy

My therapeutic approach is solution- and strengths-based, integrating elements of Narrative Therapy, Solution-Focused Brief Therapy, and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. I believe in tailoring therapy to each client’s unique needs, drawing from proven methods to empower clients to identify their disconnects, cultivate self-belief, and live authentically. Together, we focus on actionable steps while honoring the deeper stories that shape who they are.

What you can expect from me

I invite you to schedule a call with me to check the vibe.

Working with me means being ready to step into a space of honesty, empathy, and transformation. I take a collaborative and solution focused approach to the therapeutic process. Together, we’ll identify the root causes of disconnection and create actionable steps toward healing and empowerment. Progress looks different for everyone, but I measure it by how much closer you feel to being your authentic self and the goals you’ve set. If you’re looking for a therapist who blends therapeutic expertise with lived experience, you’ll find that with me.
