LaNee was born and raised on the Southside of Chicago and received her B. A. In Criminal Justice from University of Illinois Springfield. LaNee accepted a position at Northwest Missouri State University; where she graduated with her M.S. Ed in School Counseling. LaNee started working as a licensed professional counselor in March of 2022. LaNee’s professional experience is working with clients with PTSD, depression trauma, anxiety and other anxiety related disorders. Currently LaNee works as a Trauma Therapist and uses EMDR, CBT and DBT to help clients on their healing journey.

I have an eclectic approach to working with client and pull from multiple, research backed, interventions to assist clients on their healing journey.
