Great to meet you!

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with a master’s degree in social work and over 15 years of experience in the mental health field. My professional background includes roles as a behavioral therapist and Director of Clinical Services. I have worked with diverse populations, addressing challenges such as defiance, grief, trauma, depression, ADHD, self-harming behaviors, and suicidal ideation.

My approach to therapy

My passion lies in guiding clients toward becoming their best selves through evidence-based approaches like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), person-centered therapy, motivational interviewing, play therapy, trauma processing, mindfulness-based techniques, and family therapy. Watching my clients transform and grow through these interventions brings me immense joy and fulfillment.

What you can expect from me

Clients in my therapy sessions can expect a warm, supportive, and nonjudgmental environment tailored to their unique needs and goals. Together, we will work collaboratively to explore challenges, develop coping strategies, and foster personal growth. The goal is to help clients transform into their best selves, navigating life’s difficulties with resilience and confidence.
