Great to meet you!

I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) with a Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from the University of Phoenix and over five years of experience helping individuals, couples, and families navigate life's challenges. My areas of specialization include anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship concerns, life transitions, self-esteem, and financial wellness. I use evidence-based approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), mindfulness, and person-centered therapy to tailor treatment to your unique needs.

My approach to therapy

I believe therapy is most effective when you feel seen, heard, and understood, which is why I strive to create a warm, open-minded, and nonjudgmental space for every client. My goal is to work collaboratively with you, empowering you to build resilience, gain insight, and create meaningful, lasting change.

What you can expect from me

During our first session, we will begin building the foundation of our therapeutic relationship in a warm, welcoming, and supportive environment where you can feel comfortable sharing at your own pace. We will explore what has brought you to therapy, discuss your current concerns, and identify your strengths and challenges. Together, we will establish meaningful therapeutic goals and create a personalized plan to help you work toward them. This first session is also an opportunity for you to ask questions, gain a better understanding of the therapy process, and determine if we are a good fit.
