I provide individual counseling for teenagers and adults throughout Texas, offering both traditional clinical therapy and Christian counseling rooted in biblical truth. All services are trauma-informed, evidence-based, and tailored to your personal needs, goals, and values.

I believe that healing starts when an individual is allowed to be heard and therefore I work hard to be an empathetic support for clients to work towards their healing, discover their strengths, and help find an authentic connection with themselves and others.

Online therapy sessions can be just as helpful as in-person! I love working with others to help them reach their goals, improve mental health, and help connect, support, and validate.
