Great to meet you!

My name is LaNette Jackson. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor with a Master's degree from Colorado Christian University. My goal is to helps adults navigate anxiety, depression, life transitions, and relationship challenges. With warm and evidenced-based care, I desire to empower clients/patients to build resilience, discover strengths, and find greater balance in life.

My approach to therapy

I utilize a mix of evidenced-based approaches such as person centered and cognitive restructuring (a form of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy). I promote shared decision making with clients/patients to help them build resilience, recognize strengths and move toward greater balance and fulfillment.

What you can expect from me

Clients/patients can expect our first session to be a chance to get to know each other, talk about why they've come to therapy, their goals, and discuss what therapy may look like together. I'll share my approach, review confidentiality and other guidelines, and help create a supportive space to begin their journey
