Great to meet you!

I’m a licensed therapist with a background in both education and counseling, and I specialize in supporting adults of all ages and couples. My approach is collaborative, compassionate, and tailored to each client’s unique needs and goals. I often work with challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship dynamics, grief, and self-esteem. I am affirming of LGBTQIA+ identities, kink-friendly, and experienced in supporting individuals and couples in ethically non-monogamous and polyamorous relationships. My goal is to provide a safe and supportive space where you can feel understood, gain clarity, and move toward meaningful change.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is collaborative, meeting you where you are and working together toward your goals. I draw from multiple therapeutic approaches—such as CBT, trauma-informed care, and mindfulness-based practices—so we can find what fits best for your needs. This flexibility allows us to create a personalized path that supports healing, growth, and lasting change.

What you can expect from me

In our work together, we’ll set goals that feel realistic and meaningful, focusing on building skills, insight, and confidence to help you thrive. I create a therapeutic environment that is supportive, nonjudgmental, and collaborative, so you can feel safe exploring challenges and celebrating progress.
