Great to meet you!

Since 1993 when I was an intern, I've never had a time in my career where I haven't seen clients. Despite being clinical supervisor and clinical director for mental health companies, but I would always go to my office afterwards to see my clients, which has always been my passion. I believe it's important for us all to feel "connected" to the "right" therapist. Thus, I tell my clients to shop around. Just in life, we may not connect with all those we meet. I look forward in our journey together.

My approach to therapy

I was trained in short term therapy and we all want quick results. Thus, I will hold you accountable, challenge you, and give you homework since I don't believe 45 mins a week is sufficient to rectify lifelong patterns.

What you can expect from me

I always tell clients to think about what we discuss in session and for them to execute what we discuss, in order to make changes. After all, nothing will change, unless we change.
