Great to meet you!

I'm a licensed marriage and family therapist who believes therapy should be a supportive and collaborative space. Therapy should mold to you, not the other way around.

I hope to bring a warm and direct presence. My background in social work, marriage and family therapy, and substance use disorders allows me to help people that are navigating complex trauma, relationship concerns, addiction, and life transitions. We work on building practical skills while exploring the deeper stories and patterns that shape your life.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is collaborative, trauma-informed, and grounded in evidence-based practices. I believe each client’s story is unique, so I tailor treatment to fit the individual rather than taking a one-size-fits-all approach.

I am formally trained in Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT) and regularly integrate elements of Narrative Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Internal Family Systems (IFS), and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT). This allows me to create an individualized treatment plan that meets clients where they are—whether they’re working through trauma, navigating substance use, strengthening emotional regulation, or exploring identity and relationships.

What you can expect from me

Your first session with me is centered around building trust and creating a space where you can feel comfortable and understood. We’ll take time to explore what brings you in. We explore your concerns, your history, and what you’re hoping to change or improve. I’ll ask thoughtful questions to help us get a clear picture of your experiences, and together we’ll begin identifying both short-term needs and long-term goals.

We’ll also touch on diagnostic impressions and discuss what treatment approaches may best support you moving forward. My aim in this first meeting is to help you feel grounded, informed, and supported, while we begin shaping a plan that feels meaningful and tailored to you.
