Great to meet you!

Hi, I’m Lani. I help those struggling to cope with stress, anxiety, and depression manage their emotions, learn to deal with difficulties in life, and become more productive to reach their full potential.

Together, we will identify your problems, try to overcome obstacles, and find solutions. I offer a compassionate and nonjudgmental space for you to express yourself freely. Therapy is a safe haven where you learn about yourself and make the changes that are important to you.

My approach to therapy

I understand that every client learns and processes differently. To help you achieve the best results I use an eclectic approach, meaning I will tailor your treatment plan to include the most relevant evidenced-based modalities and techniques. I am certified in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and generally use CBT, Solution-Focused, Trauma-Informed, and Strengths-Based approaches. I believe in empowering you and using your existing strengths, while teaching you new tools to help you thrive.

What you can expect from me

I hope you leave our sessions feeling like you are heard, understood, moving just a bit closer to your ultimate goal.
