Great to meet you!

As a psychiatric nurse practitioner with experience working across the lifespan, I bring a thoughtful and grounded approach to mental health care. Clients often tell me they feel both seen and supported in our work together. I value authenticity and believe meaningful change begins when we have the space to understand what is getting in the way of living well.

I work with adults seeking psychiatric evaluation and medication management for concerns such as ADHD, depression, anxiety, stress, burnout, and life transitions. If you've been feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or struggling to function at your best, you don't have to navigate it alone.

I view care as a collaborative process built on honesty, respect, and shared responsibility. My goal is to help you better understand your symptoms, explore treatment options, and create a plan that supports both your mental health and your day-to-day life

My approach to therapy

My approach blends medication management with practical, real-life support so you can improve both how you feel and how you function day to day. I help clients find balance between their values, emotions, and goals so they can create meaningful change that lasts. I focus on the whole person rather than just the diagnosis, using practical strategies that support both emotional clarity and everyday functioning.

What you can expect from me

Our first session is a comprehensive psychiatric evaluation. We'll review your current concerns, symptoms, treatment history, and goals for care. I'll ask questions to better understand what you're experiencing and identify factors that may be contributing to your symptoms. Together, we'll discuss treatment options, including whether medication management may be appropriate, and develop a plan for moving forward.
