Great to meet you!

I am a Licensed Professional Counselor with over six years of clinical experience, including internship training and two years of independent licensure. I provide a warm, compassionate, and nonjudgmental space where clients feel safe to explore life's challenges and opportunities for growth.

My approach is holistic, person-centered, and collaborative, recognizing that emotional well-being is influenced by many aspects of a person's life, including relationships, life experiences, physical health, culture, and environment. I strive to meet clients where they are, helping them build on their strengths, deepen self-awareness, and develop practical tools for lasting change.

Clients often appreciate my empathetic, genuine, and supportive style. I am passionate about fostering a strong therapeutic relationship built on trust, respect, and authenticity, empowering individuals to move toward greater balance, resilience, and overall well-being.

My approach to therapy

I believe that each person carries a unique story, shaped by their experiences, relationships, strengths, and challenges. My approach to therapy is warm, collaborative, and holistic, creating a space where individuals feel genuinely seen, heard, and supported without judgment.

As a licensed clinician with over six years of clinical experience, including internship training and two years of independent licensure, I recognize that healing is rarely linear. Rather than focusing solely on symptoms, I strive to understand the whole person, considering the emotional, psychological, relational, cultural, and environmental factors that influence well-being.

I view therapy as a partnership. Together, we explore patterns, uncover strengths, and develop meaningful strategies that support growth and resilience. I believe clients are the experts in their own lives, and my role is to offer guidance, insight, and support while honoring each person's values, goals, and lived experiences.

My therapeutic style is rooted in empathy, authenticity, and curiosity. I strive to create a safe and welcoming environment where clients feel comfortable exploring difficult emotions, navigating life's transitions, processing challenges, and celebrating progress. I approach each individual with compassion and respect, recognizing that meaningful change occurs when people feel accepted and empowered.

What you can expect from me

Taking the first step toward therapy can feel both hopeful and uncertain, and that's completely okay. During our first session, we'll spend time getting to know one another and exploring what brings you to therapy. I'll ask questions about your current concerns, personal history, strengths, and goals to gain a better understanding of your unique experiences.

This initial session is also an opportunity for you to ask questions, share what you hope to gain from therapy, and discuss what support looks like for you. There is no pressure to share everything at once; we will move at a pace that feels comfortable and respectful of your needs.

My goal is to create a warm, supportive, and judgment-free space where you feel heard, understood, and empowered. Together, we'll begin building a foundation for meaningful growth, healing, and lasting change.
