Great to meet you!

I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with five years of experience working with adolescents, adults, and families. I believe that finding the right therapist is an important first step toward achieving your mental health goals. I work with adolescents and adults who are seeking a supportive partner on their journey toward growth and healing. My approach is creative, open-minded, affirming, and goal-oriented, and I strive to provide a collaborative space where clients feel heard, understood, and empowered to make meaningful changes.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is integrative, drawing from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), psychodynamic therapy, person-centered therapy, and solution-focused techniques. By combining these evidence-based approaches, we will work collaboratively to identify your goals, develop personalized interventions, and support you in achieving the outcomes that are most meaningful to you.

What you can expect from me

Our first step will be getting to know one another and building a strong therapeutic relationship. Throughout this process, I will help identify your strengths, and together we will collaborate to develop a treatment plan that aligns with your goals and needs.
