Great to meet you!

Healing begins when you feel safe enough to be yourself. I work with adults and women navigating trauma, PTSD, chronic stress, anxiety, and life's difficult transitions. Many of my clients have spent years carrying emotional burdens on their own and are ready for a space where they feel genuinely heard, accepted, and supported.

My approach is warm, affirming, and open-minded. I believe therapy should be a collaborative process where you can explore your experiences without judgment while building the confidence and skills needed to move toward healing and emotional wellness.

My approach to therapy

I provide trauma-informed, client-centered care that meets you where you are. Together, we'll work to understand how past experiences may be affecting your present while developing practical tools to manage stress, regulate emotions, strengthen resilience, and improve your overall wellbeing.

I believe meaningful healing happens when clients feel both supported and empowered. My role is to walk alongside you, helping you create lasting change at a pace that feels right for you.

What you can expect from me

Your first session is an opportunity for us to get to know one another and begin understanding what has brought you to therapy. We'll discuss your goals, current challenges, and what support feels most important moving forward.

My goal is for you to leave feeling heard, respected, and hopeful, knowing you have a safe space to begin your healing journey.
