Great to meet you!

Life doesn't always unfold the way we expect, but difficult seasons do not have to define the rest of your story. Whether you're navigating anxiety, depression, a major life transition, parenting challenges, or concerns about your child's emotional well-being, you don't have to face those struggles alone.

For more than ten years, I've had the privilege of walking alongside people in those unplanned, difficult moments. I've worked with children, adolescents, adults, and families across schools, community mental health centers, pediatric behavioral health settings, and family-centered programs, so I understand that the challenges you're facing look different depending on where you are in life.

I believe therapy should offer more than a place to talk. It should provide practical tools, renewed hope, and the confidence to move forward long after each session ends.

My approach to therapy

My approach is warm, collaborative, and tailored to your unique needs. Using Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) along with person-centered, strengths-based, solution-focused, motivational interviewing, and trauma-informed approaches, I'll help you identify patterns that are holding you back, build on your strengths, and develop practical strategies that support lasting emotional wellness and personal growth.

I especially enjoy working with adults, parents, children, and adolescents who are seeking healthier ways to manage stress, strengthen relationships, improve emotional regulation, and navigate life's challenges with greater confidence. I have specialized training in the Triple P (Positive Parenting Program), an evidence-based parenting approach that equips parents with practical strategies to strengthen relationships, encourage positive behavior, and confidently support their child's emotional and behavioral development. My training in Aggression Replacement Training (ART) further supports my work with children and adolescents by promoting healthy social skills, emotional regulation, anger management, and responsible decision-making.

What you can expect from me

Your first session is about you feeling heard, not evaluated. We'll spend time getting to know each other, exploring what brought you here, and beginning to understand what you're hoping to change or build. There's no pressure to have it all figured out. By the end, my hope is that you leave feeling a little lighter, a little more hopeful, and clear that you don't have to figure this out alone.
