I am a Christian who is a Licensed Professional Counselor who works with individuals, married couples, and couples desiring Pre-Marriage Counseling, to help them live fulfilled lives true to their unique, God-given design. I especially have a heart to help married couples learn to understand and enjoy each other, and to help those preparing for marriage to identify which areas are the most natural fit, and which areas may require additional development to facilitate a healthy marriage.

Some seasons of life can be hard. Utilizing Cognitive Behavior Therapy and biblical principles, I help people navigate life adjustments and challenges (like moves, job or career changes, marriage, parenting, blended families, infidelity, grief, divorce, depression, and much more). This often includes strengthening or addressing communication skills, conflict resolution, self-esteem, confidence building, healthy boundaries, parenting skills, personal stresses, and adequate positive recharge activities. For couples considering marriage, I utilize the proven Prepare/Enrich assessment to identify what things they need to know about themselves and their fiancé, and to learn what adjustments and tools to focus on to help them have a happy marriage that is equipped to avoid unnecessary wounds.
