Great to meet you!

I am a Licensed Clinical Social worker. I received my Bachelor’s in Social work from Texas Southern University and Masters in Clinical Social work from the University of Houston. I am trained in several modalities and will collaborate with you to explore the style that best suits you and your goals.

My approach to therapy

I work to assist my clients with understanding risk and protective factors while maintaining a lens of equality.

I value freedom, and encourage open-mindedness. All opinions are welcomed! My primary theoretical approach is cognitive behavior therapy. This is a short-term, goal-oriented psychotherapy treatment.

What you can expect from me

Clients can expect to leave with a new and refreshed outlook on their individualized situation or challenge. They will also have options to explore to fit their particular circumstance. I aim to leave my clients in a better place mentally and emotionally than what they were upon arrival.
