When we meet, I will always come from a place of compassion, allowing you the space to explore your feelings and find clarity. Sometimes, we just want to know someone is listening and that is what you will find working with me. In our sessions, you will fine a safe, judgement-free space where you can be yourself and honest about what you are going through.
What you can expect from our first session together is for us to spend the majority of our time talking about how you've been feeling recently, and me asking questions to better understand some of why you may be feeling that way and gathering some history. You can expect to be listened.
