Great to meet you!

I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) and Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) providing therapy for adults experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, PTSD, grief and loss, chronic stress, attachment issues, relationship challenges, family conflict, anger management concerns, and major life transitions. I work with clients facing emotional overwhelm, trauma-related symptoms, and long-standing patterns that affect daily functioning, work, and relationships.

My approach to therapy

I use a holistic, trauma-informed approach that examines the connection between thoughts, emotions, relationships, and environment. I work collaboratively with clients experiencing chronic stress, anxiety, depression, trauma, or long-standing patterns to build insight, strengthen coping skills, and support consistent, ongoing therapeutic progress.

I use solution-focused therapy (SFT), cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), and other evidence-based approaches to help clients build coping skills, improve emotional regulation, process trauma, and strengthen communication and relationships. My approach is client-centered, goal-oriented, and supportive, with an emphasis on consistent care, symptom reduction, resilience, and long-term emotional and mental well-being.

What you can expect from me

I offer a comfortable, supportive therapy space where you can feel heard and validated. Using evidence-based therapy, we work to understand underlying concerns, build coping skills, and support long-term healing, personal growth, and healthier relationships.
