Great to meet you!

If you're navigating relationship issues, a breakup, divorce, or a major life transition and it's showing up as anxiety, depression, or an overwhelming sense of not knowing where to turn, you're in the right place.

I'm LaQuita — a licensed therapist (NJ, MA & IL) and certified life coach with a background in corporate, medical, and healthtech startup environments. I provide culturally responsive, affirming care for individuals of all identities and backgrounds, including BIPOC and LGBTQIA+ communities, and those in situationships, monogamous or ethically non-monogamous relationships.

My approach to therapy

I work best with adults 25+ who are motivated to take an active role in their treatment and open to making meaningful changes. Using evidence-based treatment methods like CBT, ACT, and SFBT, I help them address challenges, recognize patterns, shift unhelpful thinking and beliefs, and build practical skills to struggle less with what they don’t want and move closer to the life they do want.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, we’ll explore the challenges you’re facing, how they impact you, how you’ve coped with them, and your goals for seeking treatment. Together, we’ll use this information to create a tailored treatment plan that guides our work toward achieving your goals.
