Great to meet you!

I’m LaQuitter Preston, and I’m passionate about creating a supportive, compassionate space where clients feel heard, understood, and respected. I believe that every person’s experiences and needs are unique, and I take the time to understand the individual behind the concerns they’re bringing to therapy. My goal is to build a trusting therapeutic relationship where you feel comfortable being open and working toward meaningful change.

My approach to therapy

My approach is collaborative, empathetic, and individualized. I meet clients where they are and work together with them to better understand their concerns, identify their goals, and develop practical steps toward progress. I believe therapy should be a safe, judgment-free space where you can explore your thoughts and experiences at your own pace while feeling supported throughout the process.

What you can expect from me

During our first session, I’ll focus on getting to know you, learning what brought you to therapy, and understanding what you hope to accomplish. You’ll have an opportunity to share your story in a welcoming and nonjudgmental environment. Together, we’ll identify your priorities and begin creating a personalized approach that supports your goals and helps you feel more confident moving forward.
