Great to meet you!

It's hard to feel like yourself when you're constantly trying to meet everyone else's needs while quietly struggling with your own. Maybe you're exhausted from managing a chronic illness, feeling anxious about your health, or finding it difficult to enjoy things that once made you happy. Perhaps you're grieving someone you love, feeling disconnected from your partner, or carrying the weight of family and cultural expectations that leave little room for what you actually want. I understand how lonely these experiences can feel, and I want to help you find a place where your feelings matter, your struggles are understood, and you don't have to keep pretending everything is okay.

My approach to therapy

I believe that understanding why you feel a certain way is important, but learning how to feel better in your everyday life matters just as much. Together, we'll explore how past experiences shape your relationships, why certain thoughts leave you feeling anxious or defeated, and how to stop putting your own needs last. We'll work on managing the emotional toll of chronic health conditions, setting healthier boundaries with family, and finding ways to process grief or painful memories without letting them control your present. My goal is to help you recognize your strengths, feel more confident in your decisions, and build a life that feels fulfilling on your own terms.

What you can expect from me

You don't need to have everything figured out or know exactly how to explain what you're feeling. We can start with what's been weighing on you lately, whether that's waking up already exhausted, feeling overwhelmed by medical appointments, struggling with a loss, or feeling guilty every time you try to put yourself first. I'll take time to understand how your health, relationships, cultural background, and past experiences have shaped what you're going through, without rushing you or making assumptions. Together, we'll identify what you most want to change and begin finding realistic ways to help you feel more at peace with yourself and your life.
