Lara Mitchell Bauducco

I am a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner with over 20 years of clinical experience in women's health. I earned my undergraduate and Master’s degrees in Women’s Health from the University of Pennsylvania and a Post-Master’s degree in Psychiatric & Mental Health from Wilkes University. I treat patients with anxiety, depression, mood disorders, and PTSD, and specialize in supporting women through infertility, pregnancy, postpartum, perimenopause, and menopause.

I offer compassionate care, combining medication management with brief supportive psychotherapy and evidence-based treatments that suit each of my patient's unique needs. I am passionate about empowering women and offering them a safe, understanding space where they feel heard and supported. I believe that the best therapeutic relationships are built on a foundation of trust. I emphasize open and transparent communication to help my patients make informed choices about their mental health.

We will work together to create a personalized, holistic treatment plan designed to meet your unique needs. At times, we may expand treatment beyond medications, incorporating lifestyle and behavioral modifications to improve your well-being. I accept new patients and have in-person and telehealth appointments available.
