Great to meet you!

I am a licensed therapist with 25+ years of clinical experience specializing in complex trauma, C-PTSD, PTSD and women's mental health across the lifespan. I work with clients who are ready to go beneath the surface and do real, lasting healing work. My approach is curious, collaborative, and grounded in evidence. I became a therapist because I've always been drawn to what lives beneath the surface — the stories people carry that shape everything. This pull led me deep into trauma work, EMDR, and the complex, layered experiences of women navigating midlife. I continue to have the passion as it is a calling, not just a career.

My approach to therapy

I work from an EMDR and trauma-informed framework, paying attention to how your history lives in your body — not just your thoughts about it. My style is direct and relational. I'm an EMDRIA Approved Certified EMDR therapist and Consultant-in-Training, specializing in PTSD, C-PTSD, anxiety, depression, and women's midlife mental health including perimenopause and menopause support.

What you can expect from me

The first session is a conversation, not an intake form read aloud. I want to understand what brought you in, what you've tried before, and what you're hoping for. I'll also share how I work so we can decide together if it's a good fit. You won't leave feeling like a stranger — I move quickly toward connection.
