Great to meet you!

My approach to psychotherapy is grounded in compassion and the truth that being human is hard - complex and incredibly rewarding. I consider that humans seem to have seasons just as the rest of nature does - sometimes it’s spring, summer, sometimes winter - and each of these can be stressful, require growth, new tools, support. I’m light-hearted and deep, practical and nurturing.

My approach to therapy

My favorite part of this work is collaborating with folks as they become more themselves - I find therapy is often a process of shedding the stuff that gets in the way.

I have training in AEDP, Compassion-Focused Therapy and a certificate in the treatment of trauma from the National Institute of Psychotherapy.

What you can expect from me

I wish for you to gain clarity, connection, and enjoy doing things you couldn’t previously have imagined. To build trust in yourself alongside an increasing openness to life.

Contact me to set up a 15 min call to tell me a bit about what’s going on and if we might work together.
