Some may need support identifying or answering these questions cause they can be overwhelming. We often develop limitations in efforts to cope with grief, stress/anxiety, depression, control, hurt & relationships.

My specialty is self-esteem, effectiveness in relationships, substance use disorder/codependency, trauma, depression, anxiety and other disorders.
