Great to meet you!

My favorite thing about wearing this therapy hat is, I get to meet and offer support to real people. People who experience depression, anxiety, family and relationship problems. People who experience these issues and still have to go to work and find it hard to get a grasp on life, and find balance.

As your therapist I'm here to encourage you, challenge unhealthy problematic thoughts and behavior patterns that keep you stuck.

A bit about my approach to therapy

I draw from many different schools of therapy because therapy should be personalized.

You as my client will come to find out that you can share your experience in a safe, non judgmental space, with someone who has a spirit and skills to collaborate to address your unique challenges.

What you can expect from our first session

In our sessions, you will be challenged to engage in meaningful tasks outside of therapy, which I call "homework".

This may not be a bunch of writing, or time consuming, but rather exercises that encourage transformation thought practice.

My goal is to:

  • Help you achieve your goals.
  • To offer you support every step of the way.
