Great to meet you!

I am a Spanish and English speaking, APRN, FNP-BC, PMHNP-BC, dual-certified in family and psychiatric-mental health. I work closely with adults and older adults—many of whom are facing not just mental health concerns, but also medical conditions that complicate their care. I know how overwhelming it can feel to live with depression, anxiety, or other challenges that make daily life harder than it should be. Since I can treat both primary care and psych, I will take the time to understand the full picture, whether that’s how diabetes, hypertension, or neurological changes affect mood, or how financial barriers impact access to treatment. My goal is to create a plan that is both effective and sustainable, so you feel supported every step of the way.

My approach to therapy

Patients often tell me they feel truly heard and respected in our sessions. I listen deeply, without judgment, so you can share openly—even the thoughts and feelings you might have been holding back. I know many people come to me feeling isolated, disconnected, or weighed down by emotions that won’t let up, and it’s my role to help you find relief, regain hope, and reconnect with yourself.

What you can expect from me

I bring patience and genuine empathy to every encounter, and I value building a trusting relationship where you feel safe and understood. Outside of work, you can usually find me tending to my plants, recharging outdoors, or listening to calming music—hobbies that remind me of the importance of balance and mindfulness, both for myself and the people I care for. Helping others move from suffering to stability is not just my profession—it’s my passion, and I would be honored to walk that journey with you.
