Great to meet you!

I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with dual bachelor’s degrees in Psychology and Business and a Master’s degree in Social Work. My clinical background includes work in correctional settings, state hospitals, private practice, and university environments, where I’ve supported individuals navigating complex systems, family dynamics, anxiety, depression, and life transitions. My approach is warm, collaborative, and insight-oriented, creating a space where clients feel understood and heard while also gently challenged to grow. I have a particular focus in maternal mental health and experience working with survivors of domestic violence and professionals in high-stress roles, including correctional staff. My goal is to help you feel supported, gain clarity, and move forward with intention.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is warm, collaborative, and grounded in helping you understand how your thoughts, emotions, and behaviors connect. I use evidence-based practices like CBT, along with strengths-based work and motivational interviewing, to help you build on what’s already working and create meaningful change. I also integrate approaches that focus on growth, values, and becoming your best self.

I believe you are the expert of your own life. My role is to support you, offer insight, and gently challenge patterns that may be holding you back. Together, we’ll work toward helping you feel more clear, confident, and aligned in how you move forward.

What you can expect from me

Clients can expect a warm and conversational first session where we will focus on getting to know you and what brings you in. We’ll talk through your current concerns, your goals for therapy, and I’ll ask questions to genuinely understand your experiences. I will also remind you that there is no pressure to share everything at once. By the end of the first session, we’ll have a clear direction for our work together and an initial plan for next steps.
