Welcome! I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with a certification in alcohol and substance abuse counseling. My specialties include working with clients during pivotal life transitions where they may experience stress anxiety and depression.
Transitions are pivotal moments in our lives full of opportunity. I believe that therapy can provide the guidance necessary to work through transitions and ultimately, reach your utmost potential. Sessions are client centered, focusing on the needs and wants of the client.
It is my goal to support and guide my clients through challenges and transitions they face. My experience and training allows me to maintain client centered sessions while also remaining goal oriented to ensure that their expectations are met and that they leave sessions having learned coping skills necessary to combat their issues independently.
