Great to meet you!

I believe that everyone deserves a space where they feel heard, supported, and accepted without judgment. With more than 20 years of experience in the mental health field, I've worked with individuals from diverse backgrounds who are navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship concerns, grief, life transitions, and many other challenges.

My goal is to create a therapeutic environment where you feel comfortable being yourself and exploring what matters most to you. I understand that reaching out for help can feel overwhelming, and I strive to make the process approachable, compassionate, and empowering. Whether you're working through a difficult season of life or seeking personal growth, I'll meet you where you are and support you every step of the way.

My approach to therapy

I take a personalized and collaborative approach to therapy because I believe that each person's experiences, strengths, and goals are unique. Together, we'll identify what's getting in the way of the life you want to live and develop practical tools to help you move forward.

My work is informed by evidence-based approaches including CBT, DBT, EMDR, Motivational Interviewing, and Strengths-Based Therapy. I also take a holistic view of wellness, recognizing the connection between emotional, physical, and relational well-being. My goal is to help you gain insight, build resilience, and create meaningful change that feels sustainable and authentic to you.

What you can expect from me

Your first session is a chance for us to get to know one another and begin building a foundation of trust. We'll talk about what brought you to therapy, the challenges you're facing, and what you'd like to achieve through our work together.

You don't need to have everything figured out before coming to therapy. My role is to listen, ask thoughtful questions, and help you clarify your goals. By the end of our session, you'll have a better sense of how I work, and we'll begin creating a plan that feels right for your needs and priorities.
