Great to meet you!

I use CBT and EMDR to help clients navigate grief, trauma, and challenging transitions, including financial changes.

My approach extends far beyond prescribing medication. If you are seeking a one-time prescription or requesting medications such as Xanax, Adderall, or other benzodiazepines, I do not provide those treatments. Please do not schedule an appointment for this purpose. My evaluations are comprehensive and typically require more than one session. Together, we will examine the full context of your life—stress levels, sleep patterns, work demands, relationships, and any other factors influencing your mental health. I work with adults who think deeply, feel intensely, and often feel drained by environments that do not support their emotional or cognitive intensity. My role is not simply to adjust medications and send you off. My goal is to help you understand yourself with greater honesty and clarity, so we can build a treatment plan that genuinely supports your wellbeing. My approach fosters balance in relationships, health, friendships, finances, hobbies, and spirituality. I assess life aspects, set goals, manage stress, provide financial guidance, and enhance communication. For those concerned about medication side effects, I specialize in low-dose management to maximize benefits while minimizing adverse effects. I take a holistic approach to care, combining functional medicine, supplements, and herbal healing to support long-term wellness. This method is focused on gradual, sustainable healing rather than immediate crisis management.

🌿 For those needing urgent or emergency care, I kindly recommend seeking providers specializing in acute interventions.

💡 Healing is a journey, and my approach is best suited for those ready to engage in a thoughtful, integrative process.

My approach to therapy

Focused on young adults, youth, and adolescents, my practice caters to clients grappling with fears and uncertainty about starting medication. The approach involves specialized support through cognitive and behavioral therapy, considering safe medication only if necessary. I advocate for low medication doses and maintain frequent follow-ups, prioritizing a cautious approach in the best interest of the patients.

Many adults go through life undiagnosed, not realizing their difficulties may stem from more than just “distraction.” Sometimes the root cause is deeper — involving motivation, emotional patterns, or even the gut–brain connection.
