Great to meet you!

As a holistic child and family therapist, I am committed to helping children, adolescents, adults, and families heal from trauma, emotional distress, and life challenges through an integrative, whole person lens. I believe lasting change happens when we look at the connection between mind, body, emotions, and relationships, and honor each person's unique strengths and story. My hope is to offer a compassionate space where you feel supported in your healing journey.

My approach to therapy

My approach is grounded in empathy, collaboration, and evidence informed care. I work to create a safe, steady environment where you feel seen, heard, and genuinely understood. Together, we will process past experiences, build resilience, and clarify what a meaningful, purpose driven life looks like for you. I draw from holistic and relational perspectives so we can address both present symptoms and their deeper roots in a way that fits your needs.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, you can expect a warm, nonjudgmental space to share what has been going on and what you are hoping will feel different. We will talk about your history, current stressors, and the supports you already have, then begin naming goals that feel realistic and hopeful. My goal is for you to leave that first meeting with a sense of relief, a clearer understanding of how we will work together, and a path forward that feels doable.
