Great to meet you!

Whether you’re a young adult just starting your journey or someone in the prime of life, I'm here to listen, understand, and empower you. Your wellness journey is unique, and together, we can create personalized care that adapts to your evolving needs. Inclusivity is key; I proudly support the LGBTQ+ community! My approach is tailored to address challenges head-on, with a compassionate focus on women's health and navigating life's many transitions.

A bit about my approach to therapy

My approach is holistic, which means I'll examine you as a whole, and not just your mental health needs. We then incorporate treatment for progress. As we continue your treatment I'll teach you strategies to tackle some challenges and improve your emotional well-being.

What you can expect from our first session

By providing education and medication management, I aim to empower clients to overcome physical, emotional, and mental struggles. Our initial session will allow me to learn more about you and tailor your treatment plan. Many clients have experienced improvements and continue to see progress with regular engagement!
