Great to meet you!

Hi, I'm Wayne — I've been practicing therapy for over -30years and hold a Doctorate in Family Therapy. I specialize in working with people experiencing anxiety, depression, PTSD (Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder, a condition that can develop after experiencing or witnessing a traumatic event), and trauma.

Over two decades of practice have taught me that healing isn't one-size-fits-all, and I bring that understanding into every session. Outside of work, you'll find me running mini marathons and practicing martial arts — both of which have taught me a lot about discipline, resilience, and showing up even when things get tough. I bring that same energy to my work with clients.

My approach to therapy

My approach is person-centered, meaning you — not a textbook or a checklist — are at the center of our work together. I start by meeting you exactly where you are, building a relationship grounded in trust and genuine connection. That foundation is what makes real progress possible.

I work with clients navigating anxiety, depression, PTSD, and the lasting effects of trauma. Whether you're dealing with something recent or something you've carried for years, my goal is to create a safe, nonjudgmental space where you can begin to process, heal, and move forward at your own pace.

What you can expect from me

Our first session is a chance for us to connect and start building a foundation of trust. I'll take the time to understand what brought you to therapy, what you're experiencing, and what you're hoping to get out of our work together.

Many clients begin to feel a sense of relief early on — sometimes just having a safe space to talk openly can make a real difference. From there, we'll create a plan together so you have a clear path forward.
