Great to meet you!

I work with individuals who are feeling stuck—whether that’s in their thoughts, relationships, or patterns they can’t seem to break. Many of my clients come to me struggling with anxiety, depression, anger, or communication issues that are starting to impact their daily life, relationships, or sense of control.

I have a strong background in helping clients navigate substance use, relapse prevention, and high-stress life situations. I also work with men who are trying to better manage emotions, improve communication, and show up differently in their relationships. My goal is to help you understand what’s driving your behavior and give you practical tools to create real, lasting change.

My approach is direct, supportive, and solution-focused. I use evidence-based methods like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Motivational Interviewing to help you identify patterns, challenge unhelpful thinking, and build healthier habits. I’m not here to judge—I’m here to help you move forward.

I offer a space where you can be real, feel understood, and start making progress. If you’re ready to take that next step, I’m here to help.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is practical, structured, and focused on real change. I don’t just provide a space to talk—I help clients understand what’s driving their thoughts, emotions, and behaviors, and then work with them to actively change those patterns.

I primarily use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Motivational Interviewing to help clients identify unhelpful thinking, improve emotional regulation, and develop healthier coping strategies. We focus on building skills you can actually use in your day-to-day life—especially when dealing with stress, conflict, or urges.

I’m a direct but supportive therapist. I will challenge you when needed, while also creating a space where you feel respected and understood. Many of my clients appreciate having someone who will both listen and help them take action.

Whether you’re dealing with anxiety, depression, substance use, or relationship challenges, my goal is to help you gain clarity, build confidence, and make meaningful, lasting changes.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, we’ll focus on getting a clear understanding of what’s bringing you to therapy and what you want to change. I’ll ask questions about your current challenges, background, and goals so we can start identifying patterns and areas to focus on.

This is also a chance for you to get a feel for how I work. My style is supportive but direct—I’ll listen, but I’ll also help guide the conversation so we can begin making sense of what’s going on and where to start.

By the end of the session, you can expect to have more clarity about your situation and a general plan for moving forward. In many cases, I’ll also introduce a few practical strategies or tools you can begin using right away.

There’s no pressure to have everything figured out before you start—just showing up is enough. My goal is to create a space where you feel comfortable, understood, and ready to begin making real progress.
