Great to meet you!

I work best with clients who are insightful, open, and maybe a little tired of pretending they’re fine. They’re navigating anxiety, burnout, or relationship strain and want real change, not just coping. They crave honesty, humor, and depth. They want to feel more like themselves again, to show up fully in life, and to reconnect with what matters. They’re ready to do the work (as long as it feels authentic).

I help people get unstuck, whether it’s anxiety, stress, or feeling lost in relationships or purpose. My style is direct, warm, and grounded. I offer a space that’s real and collaborative, where we dig deep, find clarity, and build tools that actually work in the messiness of real life.

You don’t have to keep holding it all together on your own. If you’re feeling overwhelmed, disconnected, or just plain worn out, you're not alone. Things can get better. Therapy can be a place to breathe, reflect, and reset. When you’re ready, I’d be honored to walk with you.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is collaborative, practical, and grounded in the belief that people have the capacity to change when they feel heard, understood, and supported. With more than 25 years of experience in mental health and behavioral health services, I bring a relaxed, nonjudgmental approach that balances genuine connection with honest feedback and actionable strategies. Together, we’ll explore what’s getting in the way, build on your strengths, and develop tools to help you navigate life’s challenges, improve relationships, and create meaningful, lasting change.

What you can expect from me

Your first session is an opportunity for us to get to know each other and begin building a relationship based on trust, honesty, and mutual respect. We’ll talk about what brings you to therapy, what’s been challenging, and what you hope to change or better understand. You won’t be expected to have all the answers or share everything at once. My goal is to create a comfortable, judgment-free space where you can be yourself, ask questions, and begin identifying practical steps toward the life you want. We’ll move at a pace that feels right for you, working together to make our time meaningful and useful from the start.
