Great to meet you!

Hi, I’m Larry Wilkes, a board-certified Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner. I help adults who are struggling with anxiety, depression, trauma, ADHD, mood changes, and life stress. With over 25 years in healthcare, I focus on treating the whole person — not just symptoms. My goal is to create a space where you feel heard, respected, and supported.

My approach to therapy

My approach is collaborative and compassionate. I take time to listen carefully and work with you to create a treatment plan that fits your goals and comfort level. Whether we use medication, therapy, or a combination of both, decisions are made together. I believe steady progress and long-term stability matter more than quick fixes.

What you can expect from me

Your first session is about understanding your story. We’ll talk through what’s been going on, your history, and what you hope to change. I’ll answer your questions and explain options clearly — no pressure and no judgment. You’ll leave with a plan and a clear next step forward.
