I am Licensed Clinical Social Worker with 20 years of experience working with adults with depression, anxiety, recovery from substance use, life transitions, and self esteem self image issues. I primarily work with BIPOC, LGBTIA+ populations providing individual therapy services.
I provide a variety of clinical approaches to meet the needs of my clients including psychodynamic, cognitive behavioral therapy, and narrative therapy.
My goal is to leave my clients with more insight into themselves as well as a greater sense of self including being empowered to make confidence life choices and decisions.
