Great to meet you!

Many men carry struggles they’ve never felt safe enough to talk about. I work with men, adolescent males, veterans, and military members who are dealing with trauma, substance use, domestic violence, compulsive sexual behaviors, relationship conflict, and the pressure of trying to hold everything together. You might feel stuck in patterns that are damaging your relationships, affecting your sense of identity, or leaving you feeling ashamed, angry, emotionally disconnected, or out of control. My work also involves betrayal trauma, conduct disorders and men overwhelmed with power, privilege and identity issues.

Anxiety, depression, unresolved trauma, and unhealthy coping patterns can make it difficult to move forward alone. My goal is to provide a space where you can be honest, understood, and supported without judgment.

My approach to therapy

As a Licensed Professional Counselor, Certified Addiction Counselor, Certified Trauma Specialist, and Sexual Treatment Provider, I help men work through substance use, domestic violence behaviors, pornography addiction, compulsive sexual behaviors, betrayal trauma, anger, and mood-related challenges. Together, we focus on accountability, emotional awareness, healthier coping skills, and building stronger, more respectful relationships.

What you can expect from me

Therapy can feel intimidating, especially when you’ve spent years trying to manage things on your own. In our work together, you’ll find a real, judgment-free space where you can show up honestly and begin breaking free from the stigma surrounding addiction, trauma, domestic violence, and mental health. My goal is to help you move forward with greater clarity, confidence, and control over your life.
