Great to meet you!

Greetings, and thank you for giving this a look. I believe that it can take a lot of courage to reach out for some advice/assistance. And I am right here, ready when you are.

My approach to therapy

My experience is that when someone reaches out, they appreciate a calm and accepting spot where they can get a better idea of WHAT to do, and HOW to feel better, as soon as possible.

What you can expect from me

When I work with others, I find a common issue, someone is DOING something that they do not want to do, or NOT DOING something that they want to do, or NOT KNOWING what they want to do. And, once we get those things/goals sorted out, we can then take them, and together come up with a plan, to reach said goals.
