Great to meet you!

I work with individuals, couples, and families who have ongoing challenges connecting in relationships. I’m no different from the clients I see. I’ve been through wonderful and difficult experiences that have shaped who I am and how I help others. Therapy helped to put my life back in order, and my own growth through personal life struggles is what helps me relate so deeply with clients. I enjoy guiding people toward positive changes and witnessing them achieve more fulfilling lives.

My approach to therapy

At the heart of my approach is an emphasis on individual autonomy and self-awareness within the context of relationships. I explore the intricate dynamics of your relational bonds, uncovering patterns that shape interactions with yourself and others. Last, I also integrate insights from neuroscience to target the underlying mechanisms of human behavior and change. The model supports my approach to collaborate with clients to pave the way for adaptive growth and healing.

What you can expect from me

All of our counseling begins with assessments. Through our sessions, we delve deep into understanding your unique identity, values, and emotions, empowering you to navigate life's challenges with clarity and resilience. Whether you're seeking individual or couples therapy, our holistic approach embraces your journey towards self-discovery, relational harmony, and personal fulfillment. Together, we'll embark on a voyage towards a more vibrant and fulfilling life!
