Great to meet you!

I am a licensed professional counselor (LPC) with many years of experience supporting adolescents, young adults, adults, and families. I earned my master’s degree in clinical mental health counseling from Walden University. I specialize in emotional dysregulation, anger management, trauma, anxiety, depression, and behavioral concerns, including aggression, treatment resistance, and risk-taking behaviors.

My approach to therapy

My clinical approach integrates cognitive behavioral therapy, dialectical behavior therapy, person-centered therapy, and motivational interviewing to help clients understand patterns, strengthen coping skills, and create meaningful, sustainable change.

What you can expect from me

I strive to create a safe, supportive, and collaborative space where clients feel heard and empowered. Together, we work toward emotional regulation, self-awareness, and confidence in navigating life’s challenges. If you are ready to begin your healing journey, I welcome the opportunity to support you.
