Lashamia Kamen

La Shamia Kamen is a Licensed Professional Counselor Supervisor through the State of Texas, and has earned master degrees in Counseling and Criminal Justice. Beyond her educational accomplishments, Mrs. Kamen has gained over 10 years of experience working with families through the Texas Child Protective Services department and counseling patients in psychiatric hospitals in both in and outpatient settings.

Mrs. Kamen expertise is working with individuals who have experienced trauma, depression, anxiety, substance abuse, stress-related issues, and mood disorder.

Mrs. Kamen’s therapeutic process is aimed at assisting clients, both adult and adolescent, in gaining self-discovery while working through various roadblocks.
